The graphics card is the biggest part of the budget, so compare prices between different RTX 5080 models and retailers. Just make sure the case has enough GPU clearance and airflow. Also confirm that the motherboard supports the CPU with an up-to-date BIOS, and enable the memory’s EXPO profile after assembling the system.
The overall build is strong, and the Phantom Spirit should be perfectly capable of cooling the 9800X3D. An AIO isn’t necessary unless you specifically want one for appearance. I’d only consider moving to a 1000W power supply if the price difference is reasonable, since the RTX 5080 can have high transient power demands, but a good-quality 850W unit may still be sufficient depending on the exact model and power limits.
The memory price stands out as unusually high for a 32GB DDR5 kit, so I’d double-check that listing first. A 2×16GB DDR5-6000 kit with suitable timings should generally cost much less. The 2TB HDD also seems poor value at that price; unless you need cheap bulk storage, another NVMe SSD or a less expensive hard drive would make more sense. It’s also worth checking whether the motherboard’s features, especially Wi-Fi 7, are actually useful to you before paying extra for them.

I’ll probably stick with the air cooler because I’m building this for the long term and would rather avoid potential AIO pump problems. I’ll compare a few 1000W PSU options, though.
