Is This a Solid $1500 PC Build for My First Time?

I'm building my first PC with a budget of around $1500, and I have no prior experience. A friend suggested this build, but I'm looking for feedback. I live in Holland, so I need to know if this setup is good for me. Here's what I'm considering:

- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 3.9 GHz 6-Core Processor for $182.00
- **CPU Cooler:** Thermalright AQUA ELITE ARGB V4 at $52.19
- **Motherboard:** Asus B650E MAX GAMING WIFI W ATX AM5 for $149.99
- **Memory:** Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 for $388.99
- **Storage:** Silicon Power UD90 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME SSD for $144.97
- **Video Card:** Gigabyte GAMING OC Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB for $469.99
- **Case:** Lian Li Vector V100R ATX Mid Tower for $79.98
- **Power Supply:** SAMA G650 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular for $67.99

I pasted this from PCPartPicker, which I'm also new to. I'm looking for advice, especially if I've missed anything or if all the components work well together. My uncle mentioned an older power supply, the Professional Series HX450, but I'm unsure if it would work with this build. I primarily want to use this PC for gaming, streaming, and editing, and I hope it lasts for a while. Considering I usually game on a PS4, I'm sure it will be a step up!

Your selection looks fine, but I'd recommend sticking with the higher wattage power supply; it's just safer for the components. Everything else seems decent for a first build, so keep it up!

Overall, your build looks pretty solid for a first-time effort! You're definitely on the right track. However, I’d suggest checking the RAM price because it seems a bit high—you can find 32GB of DDR5-6000 for a better price elsewhere. Also, avoid that old HX450 power supply; it’s underpowered for your setup. A modern 650-750W PSU would be a better choice.
