Is this a solid mid-range gaming PC build for £700?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to build my first gaming PC and have a budget of around £700. I want to run games like GTA and RDR2 smoothly at 60-100 fps without overheating issues (my laptop has been overheating a lot). I've been recommended the following parts. Can you let me know if this setup is good for the price or if there are any better alternatives I should consider? Here's my PCPartPicker list: [PCPartPicker Part List](https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Y44hwY). I'd also appreciate any tips for someone diving into desktop building for the first time! Thanks!

I'd suggest considering an AIO cooler instead of the one you picked. The stock cooler is on the weaker side, and an AIO would help manage temperatures better if you're planning to push your CPU. But if you're sticking to your budget, the air cooler is okay, just be aware of its limitations.

The GPU you're looking at (the Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 9060 XT) is decent, but if possible, try to get the version with 16GB of VRAM. It will significantly help with performance in future games. Just keep an eye on your budget though!
