Are there any parts that stand out as particularly good or bad?

It really depends on what you’re planning to do with this build. Your PSU seems okay but not the best. You might want to look for a higher quality one around the same price since they go on sale often. The SSD is a bit pricey for what it offers unless you're running a workstation; if that's the case, consider other upgrades. Also, I think the mATX case might be pricey if you're buying fans separately since it doesn't come with any. Just my thoughts!
Yeah, I heard Intel’s graphics have improved, but I'd still research their quirks before committing to that GPU.
