The seller claims he received it as a gift from work and is including a backpack and some accessories, although there's no original box.
My main concern is whether this laptop could be locked, deactivated, or have any restrictions due to its corporate origins. I would have the chance to inspect it briefly and connect to Wi-Fi, but I'm unsure about any risks associated with newer EliteBooks related to potential lockdowns. One thing to consider is that the laptop might be managed by software like Microsoft Intune. If that's the case and you don't have access to the original account, it could become pretty useless for you. If it is still company property, I'd be cautious about buying it at all.

Don’t forget to check for a BIOS password! If it’s tied to a corporate license key, it might be the Enterprise version of Windows which could complicate things.
