Is This College PC Build Good Enough?

I'm putting together a PC for college and have never built one before, but I'd prefer this over a prebuilt. Here are the parts I've chosen:
- Ryzen 7 7700x
- RTX 5060 Ti
- Arctic 360 AIO cooler
- Asus B650e motherboard
- T-force Delta 32 GB RAM
- Crucial P3 Plus 2 TB SSD
- H9 Flow case
- RM850e power supply
- Windows 11 (I already have it installed on my current PC, but I'm unsure about transferring it over).

I'd love to hear your opinions on this build! Is it solid? If not, what upgrades would you recommend? I'm looking for something that I can continuously upgrade instead of starting from scratch in the future. Also, I usually game at 1080p, but I might want to upgrade my resolution later on.

This build looks pretty solid overall! I don't see anything glaringly wrong, but it really depends on the prices in your area. Doing a bit of research on PCPartPicker can help you ensure you're getting good deals. Just keep an eye on whether your CPU and GPU pair well; generally, they do, but it might be worth checking out reviews or benchmarks. Plus, your budget of under $1800 is definitely reasonable for these components!

Nice! Just make sure the cooling and power supply are sufficient for your CPU and GPU combo. Sometimes those can be overlooked.

If you’re looking to upgrade in the future, this configuration is a great start! Just confirm prices are within your budget. If you plan to game at higher resolutions later, consider focusing on a GPU that can handle 1440p or even 4K!

Good point! And also think about future-proofing your motherboard since it'll dictate your upgrade options for the CPU and RAM later on.
