I'm looking at a bundle from Microcenter that includes an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D for around $419.99, a Gigabyte B850 Gaming X WiFi6E motherboard priced at about $209.99, and Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB DDR5 RAM for approximately $369.99. The total comes to $679.99, which is a savings of $319.98 compared to buying the parts separately. I think this is a solid deal, especially with the CPU and RAM, but I'm wondering if I should just buy a Micro ATX motherboard instead and either sell or keep the ATX one that comes with the bundle. Also, what graphics card would you recommend for this setup? I'm building it in a Lian Li A3 case, so I need a GPU that fits without being oversized, and I'm fine with waiting for a good deal.

Definitely go for the bundle! You can easily buy a Micro ATX board separately and sell off the ATX one that comes with it. That's what I'd do, honestly. It's a solid deal!

I just picked up the bundle today! I'm so pumped to build my PC. As for the mobo, worst case, I could use the extra board to create a NAS for my 3D files and photos once SSD prices drop.
