I'm helping a friend build a new PC after not researching for about four years, and I want to ensure the parts I've selected are solid. Given that AMD seems to offer better value for a low to mid-range rig these days, I've come up with the following parts list:

We're on a tight budget, but this setup feels like the most affordable I can get for what we want. I'm particularly interested in knowing if this parts list is on the right track. If you have any recommendations or think I've overlooked something important, please let me know!

I've got a build similar to yours with a 5700XT, and I barely experience any thermal issues. With the 9060XT, you should definitely be rocking 60 FPS or more at 1440p, just make sure to avoid maxing out the settings. It sounds promising!
It really depends on what games you plan to play and at what resolution. For Fallout 4 and similar titles, this should work nicely at 1080p, maybe even up to 1440p if you tone down the graphics settings a bit.
