I came across a PC build that's priced at $1230. Here are the specs:
- Motherboard: ASRock B650M PG Riptide
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
- GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 12GB
- Case: Corsair iCUE 4000X
- Cooling: Corsair iCUE H100 Elite (AiO)
- RAM: Kingston Fury Beast 32GB (2x16GB 5200MHz DDR5)
- Storage: Lexar NM710 500GB + Lexar NM710 2TB
- Power Supply: Gigabyte GP-850GM (850W 80 Plus Gold)
This setup is used and was purchased in winter 2023. I'm trying to figure out if this price is worth it compared to new options available.

Honestly, it might not be the best deal considering it's used. If you shop around, you could find a brand new PC with similar specs and a warranty for just about $90 more. It's worth looking into newer options!
If you're considering this build, keep in mind you could likely get a 5070 Ti setup for just a bit more cash, or maybe even a better 5070 build for less. Just weigh your options and see what fits your needs!
I'm not really sure about this one. Have you checked if you can get a similar new build for the same price? Sometimes it helps to see if new models are really that much more affordable!
But I’m from Poland, and when I converted the price, a new build with a 5070 would actually cost about the same, but I'd get a less powerful CPU and less overall storage.
