I'm transitioning from console gaming, specifically the Switch, and I'm considering my first PC build. Here's what I have so far: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hTX8sp. My main goal is to run games at 1080p, but I'm not super knowledgeable about all the components. I'd really appreciate some feedback before I go ahead with this!

I've made the switch from console to PC as well, and it looks like you're on the right track. The motherboard is solid, but while the CPU fits your budget, it's not the best option. If you can, go for the RTX 2080 instead of your current choice. By the way, I suggest considering Ripjaws RAM over what you currently have; it could save you some cash for future upgrades. Happy building!
Overall, it's a decent build, but I think you should consider upgrading the RX 6600. A used RTX 2080 could give you a 24% performance boost at a similar price, and it has DLSS4, which is a nice feature. I found one on eBay for about $217.
I'd hold off on your PSU choice; it's really not great. Also, can I ask what country you're in and your budget range?
Thanks for the heads-up! GPU models can be a bit confusing for me.
