I'm trying to find out if I can use a power cord that's listed as compatible with a PS4 for my Netgear GS116E managed switch. The option for the cord I found is grayed out, and I can't find a specific power cord for the switch that matches the plug in the photos I shared. The power requirements for the switch are 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz, and 0.5 AMP MAX. Does anyone know if this PS4 power cord will work, or how I can find what I need?

Yes, you can definitely use that cord. The plugs are identical, and as long as the power ratings match, you should have no issues. Standardization makes finding these cords easier.

Absolutely! It’s a compatible standard plug known as the C7. Just ensure that the amp rating is not exceeded, but otherwise, you’re all set!

That PS4 power cord should work just fine since it's a standard plug. The netgear switch uses a C7 connector, which is the same as the PS4 adapter. Just double-check the voltage and current specs to be on the safe side. You should be good!

I agree, the C7 is a standard style plug. Just make sure it fits snugly into the switch!
