Hey folks, I'm thinking about upgrading my current AMD Ryzen 5 5600G to the 5700X mainly for gaming, especially for Battlefield. I can sell my 5600G for about 70€ and buy the 5700X for 120€. However, I've noticed that all the x3D CPUs for the AM4 platform are out of stock right now. Do you think this upgrade is worth it, or do you have any other suggestions?

What's your current GPU? If you're rocking something like the RX6600, it's important to know that your CPU could be maxing out while your GPU usage is low during gameplay. It's worth considering how much of a difference the 5700X would make in your specific games, especially Battlefield. It might help with those CPU-bound scenarios, but just make sure it's a solid fit for your budget and overall setup.
I'm indeed using the RX6600, and I’ve noticed in BF that the CPU hits 100% while the GPU doesn’t really utilize its max potential, which is why I'm leaning towards the upgrade.
