I can't afford to build a new PC, so I'm considering upgrading my CPU to an i7 10700 and my GPU to an RX 6700 XT. My current specs are an i5 10400 processor, a Gigabyte H410M V2 motherboard, 16GB of 2666MHz RAM, a 256GB SSD paired with a 1TB HDD, a GTX 1660 Super for graphics, and a 450W power supply. I also have a 180Hz monitor. Will this upgrade help?

I agree with the previous point. While the i7 10700 is a solid CPU, your primary bottleneck seems to be the GPU.
