I'm considering an upgrade to an RTX 3080 for my PC and I'm not sure if it's a good idea. Here are my current specs: an i7-13700 CPU and an RTX 3060 GPU, paired with a B660M-c motherboard. Will my PC handle this upgrade well?

Your i7-13700 can definitely handle an RTX 3080 without any issues. But just curious, why are you set on the 3080? Are you getting a good deal on it? There might be newer options available too!

Honestly, your CPU is pretty solid for gaming, but if the deal on the 3080 is appealing, just go for it! You might experience some bottlenecking, but you can always upgrade your motherboard and CPU later if needed. Just make sure your PSU is up to the task!

Yeah, but the i7-13700 won't actually bottleneck the RTX 3080, so you should be fine!

If you find the RTX 3080 for a good price, then go for it! Just make sure your PSU has enough wattage to support it, otherwise you could run into power issues.
