I'm looking to upgrade my GPU but I'm unsure if the RX 9070 is the right choice. Right now, my PC has a Ryzen 7 5700X processor, an RX 7600 GPU, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, a 2TB NVMe drive, a PRO B550M motherboard, and a 750W PSU. The current GPU has only 8 GB of VRAM, and I'm thinking that an upgrade would enhance my performance. Would the RX 9070 be a good investment, or are there better alternatives I should consider? I'd prefer not to spend significantly more than what the RX 9070 costs.

The RX 9070 is definitely a solid choice! If you're in a spot where you can stretch your budget a bit, consider the 9070 XT as well; it's worth it depending on your location. Another option is the 5070, which boasts DLSS support in many games but check for a good price, ideally under 520€. Just remember that support for FSR 4 is still a bit limited. I grabbed the 9070 XT recently, and I'm hopeful that the partnership between Sony and AMD will improve that situation.

What’s the difference in performance between the 9070 and the 9070 XT? Is the upgrade really worth it?
