I'm curious about the current experience of playing World of Warcraft on Linux. Are there any notable issues or major bugs I should be aware of? I'm considering making the switch from Windows 11, and I'd love to hear about your experiences.

Definitely give the Faugus Launcher a try! It's super user-friendly for installing and running Battle.net, and you won’t have to deal with any complications. It's probably the easiest method out there.
My setup has been flawless on the Steam Deck, even with mods! If you're using the right configurations, you should have a great experience.
It's been nearly perfect for me too! I've played for years on Linux, and the only real headache has been the Battle.net launcher. Other than that, classic Blizzard games have been pretty agnostic in their builds. I recommend the Heroic Launcher for Battle.net—it's mostly plug-and-play.
I've been playing without any problems, even on a less common Linux distro. I run both the Battle.net client and WoW through Steam, and my performance has been impressive, often better than on Windows 11. I do use the CurseForge AppImage for my add-ons, and everything has run perfectly!
World of Warcraft has been running smoothly on Linux for quite some time. If you use the CurseForge AppImage, it works well too. Just make sure to follow the instructions for installing Battle.net and the necessary dependencies for your distro, and you should be good to go!

I agree! When I used Faugus, it was just as easy as downloading the launcher and adding Battle.net without needing any tweaks.
