Issue with Chromebook Licenses Being Suspended Despite Purchasing Licenses

I'm facing a frustrating situation with our Chromebooks. Even after buying licenses directly from Google, I can't seem to un-suspend the devices. They're spread across Texas, and it's impractical to travel to each location to fix this in person. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Honestly, I’m surprised you’re using Chromebooks for this. If they’re for schools, maybe swapping them out with provisioned laptops from a central location could be a workaround. Just a thought!

True, swapping them might save time. I hope Google has improved their management features, though — it was a hassle the last time I checked!

That's a tough spot to be in! Using Chromebooks can definitely come with its own set of issues. Have you tried contacting Google support? Sometimes they can remotely assist with un-suspending devices. Good luck getting it sorted out!

Yeah, contacting support is a good move! I had a similar issue once, and they walked me through some steps that helped. Just make sure you have all your purchase info handy!
