I'm having trouble downloading Adobe Creative Cloud along with Adobe Premiere. I tried running the setup for both, but when I click to start them, nothing happens at all. I've looked online for advice but haven't found anything that's worked for me. Has anyone experienced this before?

Make sure to right-click on the installer and select 'Run as Administrator.' If that doesn't work, try restarting your computer and running the installer again.
Have you checked the Event Viewer to see if the installation is crashing? Sometimes it can give you clues about what's going wrong.
Check the Task Manager to see if the installer might be running in the background. If that doesn't work, try creating a new administrator account and running it from there. It can also help to clear out any existing Adobe files first; they have a cleanup tool that might ease the process.
