I've been struggling with my Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite WIFI 7 motherboard for about a year now. Both my LAN and Wi-Fi only run at 120 Mbit/s, while my MacBook shows a proper 200 Mbit/s. I've disabled EEE in the Device Manager and reinstalled the LAN adapter multiple times without any improvement. I've tried different cables, including Cat 8, Cat 5, and Cat 6, but nothing changes. When I run a ping test to 8.8.8.8, my ping ranges wildly from 20 to 500 ms, averaging around 59 ms, regardless of whether I'm downloading anything. I've checked my Task Manager, and there are no spikes on either connection, even when idle. I've also updated the BIOS, but I can't find any settings related to LAN, like energy-saving modes or Speed and Duplex options. I'm out of ideas on how to fix this!

Try pinging 127.0.0.1 first and see if that's stable. Then, check your router’s IP (usually 192.168.0.1) to see how that holds up. If you notice issues there, it might be your cable. But since you've tested with various cables, the problem might lie elsewhere.
When testing the LAN connection, did you turn off your Wi-Fi in Windows first? Sometimes having both enabled can cause conflicts. If that fixes the speed, it could be a problem with the Wi-Fi antenna or its connection to your motherboard.
Just a heads up, I've got the same motherboard and easily hit about 1550 Mbps over LAN without issues. I’m curious if your board has some limitations, but why are you only hitting 110 Mbps? It seems a bit low.
