I'm having trouble logging into iCloud.com on my MacBook. It seems to be getting worse because now I can't even access it through the website. It won't confirm my email or phone number, which is really frustrating. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Are you using Safari to log in? If you're on Chrome, make sure you're updated to the latest version. Sometimes compatibility issues can cause these kinds of login problems.
I feel your pain! I'm in the same boat; I can't even log in using my own Chrome profile anymore. I have to resort to using the Guest mode just to access iCloud. I've already tried clearing my history and cookies, but no luck.
