Issues with Microsoft Edge on Citrix: Need Troubleshooting Help

I'm managing a Citrix environment and have published Microsoft Edge for our users to access a web application through Citrix Storefront using a specific URL. However, there is a frustrating issue: this setup only works correctly on one out of the nine servers in our delivery group. The other servers give an error message saying "this page can't be displayed." I'm looking for any suggestions on how to fix this. What should I check or try next?

It seems like this might not be a Citrix issue at all. I recommend doing some serious troubleshooting on that specific server. One key thing to look at is the hosts file—check if it’s modified. From experience, opting to edit the hosts file instead of relying on DNS can cause these kinds of issues. Also, consider testing the URL directly from the server to see if it works locally.

Have you checked the firewall rules on the servers? Sometimes they can differ from one server to another, even if they’re in the same group. It's worth confirming that they're the same across all of them.

You might want to consider providing more details about what you’ve already done to troubleshoot the issue. It can help narrow down potential causes if others know what you've explored.

When managing Citrix servers, it’s important to know whether you're using provisioning like MCS or PVS, or if you have static servers. If they aren't consistent, you might end up with different app versions or hotfixes. I’d suggest testing the site locally on each server, to determine if it’s a Citrix-related issue or something else entirely. Also, if you've got Edge set up to download the IE Enterprise Mode list, ensure it's loaded correctly to prevent loading issues.
