Issues with New ThinkPad: Netflix Freezing and File Explorer Bug

I just bought a fully upgraded ThinkPad T14 Gen 6, and I'm already experiencing several issues. Firstly, when I try to watch Netflix, it runs for about 5 to 10 minutes before the screen freezes, although the audio continues to play. I've also downloaded the Netflix app, but the problem persists. Secondly, I've noticed a strange visual bug in my file explorer where the text gets stretched while I scroll through my files. Any ideas on how to fix these problems? Thanks!

For the file explorer issue, could be related to the same graphic card problem mentioned. Make sure your graphic drivers are updated. Just to clarify, you might want to check the Windows Device Manager, find your graphics adapter, right-click and select 'Uninstall device'. Then restart your laptop—Windows should reinstall the driver automatically. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.

It sounds like you might be dealing with some graphics card issues. Since the ThinkPad is new and has integrated graphics, it’s likely a software problem related to drivers or the operating system itself. Windows 11 has had its share of bugs lately. I recommend uninstalling your graphics drivers and then either letting Windows update them automatically or downloading them directly from Intel's or Lenovo's website, depending on what works best for you.
