I recently got my hands on a ZOTAC 5090 graphics card from Amazon, but I'm facing a major issue. After installing it, my computer won't recognize the GPU, and I'm not getting any video output. The card lights up, but the fans aren't spinning at all.
I've reseated the GPU multiple times, reset the CMOS both by using a bridge and by taking out the battery, and even set the PCIe to Gen 4 in the BIOS, but nothing has worked so far. I have an ATX 3.1 power supply along with the 12V-2x6 power cable, which should be good enough since it's rated for 600W. My setup includes an x870 Steel Legend motherboard, a 9800X3D CPU, and 32GB of T-Force Delta DDR5 RAM at 6000MHz. Any thoughts on what might be going wrong?

Is this a completely new build, or does everything work fine with your previous setup? If you remove the GPU and connect your monitor directly to the motherboard, do you get a display?
Have you double-checked that you're plugging the monitor into the GPU and not the integrated graphics on the motherboard? Sometimes it's easy to overlook that, especially when you’re troubleshooting things like this.
I hope you didn't end up with one of those 'return specials' from Amazon that don’t have all the internals. Sometimes they send those out unknowingly.

It's not a new build; my previous 4070 TI Super was working without any issues. I can still get an output using the HDMI port on the motherboard, but it doesn't recognize the new NVIDIA GPU, which is really frustrating.
