I'm having an issue with my Windows 11 setup where my keyboard and mouse keep disconnecting on their own and reconnecting after about 4-5 seconds. I've tried everything I can think of—switching the ports for the peripherals, adjusting power settings for the USB ports, and updating the device drivers (which said they were already up to date). I'm running out of ideas, so I'd really appreciate any help troubleshooting this!

It sounds like it might be related to the connections themselves. Have you tried using a different keyboard? If the computer still loses connection with another keyboard, that could indicate an issue with the USB ports on the motherboard rather than the keyboard or mouse. Also, make sure the plugs are secure and not damaged!
I don’t think it’s the keyboard itself since both the keyboard and mouse are disconnecting at the same time. I just wish I had a spare keyboard to test it out.
