I've been locked out of my Azure tenant for the past six months because I lost access to my 2FA through the authenticator app. Despite not being able to log in, I'm still being charged monthly. Does anyone know how I can regain access to my account so I can close it and stop the payments?

If you have a breaking glass account, you could try using that to access your tenant. Just be cautious if you’re unsure!
Another option could be to just cancel the credit card you’re using. That would stop the billing, but you might lose any data you have on that account.
Have you thought about resetting your 2FA? There are usually options for recovery that might allow you to set it up again if you have access to your backup codes or recovery options.
It sounds like you should definitely reach out to Microsoft support for help. They might have ways to verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
