Hey everyone, I'm facing a pretty frustrating issue. My small business has over 15 users and we usually buy our M365 licenses directly with a credit card. However, our recent payment didn't process as it normally does, and now all our users are locked out of M365. As the Global Admin, I can't even access the Admin Portal! This has happened before, where I've still been able to log in and renew payment details, but this time when I try logging in with my Admin email, it says the username is incorrect. Another admin tried logging in too and faced the same issue. I attempted to reach out to Microsoft support, but it only loops through automated prompts or they say it's out of office hours. Any suggestions on what to do next? Thanks!

I agree with the last comment. The issues you're facing probably aren't linked to payments or licenses expiring. It's a long shot, but maybe checking the conditional access policies could give you some insights? Sometimes those can block access if something seems off.
It sounds like you might have more serious issues going on. Billing issues shouldn't lock you out of your account, so it's possible the Global Admin account was compromised and passwords were reset. Make sure to check if your tenant somehow got deleted or if there's something odd happening on your end. Just keep in mind that while a lack of billing will suspend subscriptions, it won't prevent you from signing in.
Yeah, definitely take a look at those policies. They can be tricky!
