I recently upgraded my PC, swapping out the GPU, motherboard, CPU, and RAM, but I kept my old SSDs. Now I'm facing a problem where I got locked out and need to retrieve something, requiring me to sign in to my Microsoft account. However, when I try to sign in using an iPhone, iPad, or Android device, it just gets stuck in an endless loading circle. I can't enable Bluetooth, which I think is part of the issue. I've already tried creating a new account and logging out, but that didn't work. Plus, I don't have a USB port available for a security key. I really need some troubleshooting advice here!

Try resetting the CMOS to see if it helps. If that doesn’t work, you may need to reinstall Windows. It sounds like you're stuck at the sign-in process; clarifying that could help us give better advice.
You mentioned you upgraded a lot of parts but didn't change the SSDs, correct? Locking you out definitely complicates things, especially if you're being prompted to create a new PIN.
You might see an option to skip this whole mobile sign-in step. If possible, could you post a screenshot to show us what you’re seeing?
Why not try signing in with your username and password instead of using a mobile device? If you get any error messages, that could help pinpoint the issue better.

Exactly! I upgraded the GPU, motherboard, CPU, and RAM, but left my old SSDs without a data refresh. Now they locked me out and I'm stuck on this PIN creation screen.
