Just to clarify, are you asking about USD or INR? Because if it's INR, then around $200 could get you a decent CPU for casual gaming.
If you're looking for a CPU below 20,000 INR, you have plenty of options. For instance, the Threadripper 7995WX is priced around 10,000 and gives you a lot of power, although it's a bit overkill for basic gaming.
