Looking for a Good Linux Distro for Dual Booting with Work and Gaming

I'm looking to switch from Windows to Linux but need some guidance. I can't fully ditch Windows yet because I rely on certain applications for work from home, but the constant issues with Windows have pushed me to consider making the switch. I'm hoping to dual boot with a second SSD while I transition everything over. I have a pretty modern setup with an AMD 5600x CPU and an NVIDIA 3070ti GPU, and I need to keep secure boot enabled.

I've tried Linux once before, but nothing worked right, so I need a distro that's stable and user-friendly. I'm particularly interested in compatibility with the following applications:
- Fusion 360
- Premiere Pro
- Blender
- Microsoft Office apps

I also want to know about game compatibility and what apps or drivers I need to play games on Linux. Plus, how can I monitor things like FPS and temperatures on Linux? On Windows, I use MSI Afterburner for that.

What's the best Linux distro recommendation for work, gaming, and stable performance with my hardware?

You might want to consider switching from Premiere Pro to DaVinci Resolve; it works really well on Linux but keep in mind it has a different workflow. Blender runs natively on Linux, so you should have no problems there. For Office, if you’re using Office 365, the web version should suffice. As for Fusion 360, it’s said to work under Wine, but it's not perfect. You could also explore Kdenlive as an alternative for video editing.

Yeah, Blender has a solid video editor built-in too! Can't go wrong with that.
