Looking for a Linux Distro with Touchpad and Graphics Support

Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a Linux distribution that meets two specific criteria:

1. It should have built-in support for fine-tuning the touchpad scroll gesture speed.
2. It needs to offer solid support for Intel Iris Xe graphics, particularly for light gaming and proper vsync support.

I've previously tried Mint, but it didn't meet my needs, and after spending quite a bit of time trying to resolve the issues, I think it's not the right distro for me.

I'm also looking for something beginner-friendly and stable. Thanks for your help!

You might run into more trouble with the touchpad settings being dependent on your desktop environment rather than the distro itself. If you go for Cinnamon, you might be disappointed. I suggest trying KDE with Mint; you might find it works better for adjusting those settings. For the graphics driver, since it's part of the kernel, look for a distro with a newer kernel version — you might have better luck there!

That's good to know. I was curious about Gnome too—doesn't it have features for scroll gesture adjustments?

I’ve had great success with KDE Fedora on both of my laptops, which have different hardware, so I’d definitely recommend checking that out!
