Looking for a Monitor with Thick White Bezels

I'm on the hunt for a monitor that features thick white bezels all around. Ideally, it should support modern refresh rates—somewhere between 144 and 180 Hz—and have a resolution of 1920x1080 or better. I know this might be a long shot, but I'd appreciate any suggestions if such monitors actually exist!

You could check out the Sony GDM FW900. It’s got bezels that are more of a light gray than straight up white, but it supports both 144Hz and 1080p—just not simultaneously. Also, it’s a bit pricey at around $3000, so keep that in mind if you’re considering options!

I forgot to mention I’d prefer not to go for a CRT monitor. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

Spray painting the bezel is usually pretty straightforward. Most bezels are held on by clips and maybe a couple of screws, so changing the color isn’t too hard. But honestly, most new displays just aren’t made with thick bezels anymore. Your best bet might be searching for something used and customizing it yourself!

That’s what I figured too! I appreciate the info!

If you can’t find a monitor that fits all your needs, you could buy one with black bezels and just paint them white. Just be careful not to damage any important components while doing it!

That sounds kind of risky, though. I feel like I might mess something up.

Finding monitors with thick white bezels is pretty tough. Most of them, especially new models, tend to have slimmer bezels. If you can tell us a bit more about what you need it for, that could help us give better recommendations. But honestly, those thick white bezels? Very rare these days!

I just want it for aesthetics, nothing specific! Thanks!
