I DIY'd my solution! I used an Anker GaN charger for better power and put it inside a small IKEA Bamboo box, threading the necessary cables through so they stick out for easy access. You can find similar setups ready-made nowadays too.

I found success with a multi-port USB charger and a few short cables! If clutter is a concern, I drilled a hole in the back of my nightstand and placed the charger in the lower section. For something that sits on top, searching for a "multi-device charging station" can lead you to some nice organizers that slot in multiple devices, including a specific spot for the watch—just make sure to use the cable that came with it!
