I'm looking to build a gaming PC and my budget is around $3500, including taxes. I'm not very experienced with choosing specific parts, so I need some help! Here's what I'm thinking of including:
- **CPU**: 9950X3D
- **GPU**: 5080
- **PSU**: 1200W
- **RAM**: 32GB to 64GB DDR5
- **Motherboard**: I'm leaning towards an X870, but I'm not sure what's best.
- **Cooler**: I'd love a recommendation for a good AIO cooler.
I'm pretty flexible with the other parts, so I'd appreciate any guidance you all can give to help me put this together!

Check out this build I found: [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TmV4Dw). It has some solid choices! Also, you might want to consider that the performance of the 9950X3D and 9800X3D is nearly identical for gaming, so if you're not planning to spend extra, you might save some cash. That gives you about $450-$500 left for a monitor and peripherals.

Will be checking that out! Thanks bud.
