I'm on the hunt for a ticketing system that seamlessly integrates with HubSpot. I've tried a few options, but they either have apps that barely work, struggle to sync contacts and companies accurately, or offer unresponsive support. While I know HubSpot has its own ticketing feature now, I find its contract and SLA capabilities quite limited. Plus, tracking agent time effectively with it is a challenge. We're currently using Connectwise Manage, but would love to transition to something more user-friendly that allows HubSpot to function as our CRM and deal tracking solution along with a solid ticketing system.

We use Bolddesk, and it has a HubSpot integration that seems to work well for us. It might be worth giving it a try if you haven't already!
Moving from Zendesk to HubSpot was a big shift for us as well. It requires some customization, but we managed to distribute tasks among the team and found a pretty good workflow. HubSpot automatically categorizes customer queries based on their domain, which helps a lot.
The SLA and contract issues are what we struggle with too. We need to track time on tickets for billing, and it just doesn't seem feasible right now even after discussing it with HubSpot.
You might want to check out Siit. It's pretty lightweight and its native integrations with HubSpot simplify syncing without needing a lot of workarounds. Plus, it allows you to set up contracts and SLAs effectively without the hassle of heavy custom tweaks.
