Hey everyone! I'm in search of a reliable and secure way for our customers to send us files. We often find ourselves receiving sensitive information via email, which isn't the best practice for our industry. Ideally, I'd like a service that allows our staff to generate a one-time link for customers to upload files directly. Extra points if it can scan for malware upon upload! I've tried looking at options, including ShareFile, but I have no experience using it for business purposes. Any recommendations or experiences you can share?

You might want to check out OneDrive. It offers a way to create secure file upload links, which could fit your needs pretty well. You can check out their guide on how to set it up. Just keep in mind to adjust permissions for safety!
But doesn't using OneDrive mean allowing "Anyone" to share and potentially edit? That raises some safety concerns for me.
