Looking for Admin Resources for Small Business

Hi everyone! I'm currently running a small business using Microsoft 365 and Azure, and I'm feeling a bit lost with system administration tasks. I've got some tech skills from building PCs and taking programming classes, but managing OS settings and browser whitelists one workstation at a time is becoming unmanageable. I've dabbled in the admin panels for M365, Exchange Online, and Azure, but I'm overwhelmed by the information out there. Can anyone recommend some introductory guides or resources tailored for non-professionals?

You might want to consider hiring a Managed Service Provider (MSP) that's geared towards small businesses. Investing in their services can save you a lot of headaches in the long run—it's better than risking misconfigurations that could affect your revenue.

I totally get where you're coming from! It's like trying to design a car when you just fix them. If you can, engage an MSP or a consultant; you'll have a clearer understanding of what's needed from an IT partner. If you're looking for resources, I suggest checking out 'Office 365 for IT Pros' and Ali's blog for practical insights.
