Looking for Advice on Building a High-End Gaming PC

Hey everyone! I've been gaming on consoles my entire life, but I've always dreamed of building an epic PC one day. Now that I've saved up around $6,000, I want to make it a reality and focus on a rig that can handle 4K gaming at 100 fps with ray tracing and all the bells and whistles. However, I'm not very knowledgeable about PC components beyond the basics like what a graphics card is. I'm hoping to get some advice on premium parts for a powerful build. Please, no budget cuts unless it's due to scalper prices or something unreasonable. I'm really looking to go all out! Also, I don't need help with monitor recommendations right now, just the PC itself. Thanks in advance for any guidance you can offer!

Check out this part list I found: [PCPartPicker](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WVbm8Z). It’s got solid components like the Artic Liquid Freezer and MSI's X870E Tomahawk motherboard, which are among the best out there. Just be aware that you could end up a little over budget if you go all out on certain choices.

Honestly, if you're kinda nervous about building your first rig, buying a high-end prebuilt isn't a bad option. It mitigates risks and still gives you a fantastic setup without the hassle, especially if troubleshooting isn't your thing.

If you're after a top-notch experience, opt for a 9850X3D with an RTX 5090. You'll have no limits on what you can play. Just remember, this is a serious investment, so make sure you're covered on power supply and cooling solutions too!

For a beastly setup, I recommend the RTX 5080 paired with the 9800X3D, along with 32 GB of DDR5 RAM at 6000MHz. You’ll also want a 4TB NVMe drive to keep things running smooth. After that, it’s really about the aesthetics and personal preferences for the case and cooler.

That's spot on! I have the same GPU and it's phenomenal.

You have tons of options with that budget! Consider something like this build: [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zGVxYX). The 9800X3D plus a top-tier cooling solution should have you covered for a powerful configuration.
