I'm upgrading my setup from a Ryzen 7 1700 and a GTX 1060 3GB, and I'm in a bit of a bind trying to choose a new GPU. I'm also contemplating whether to go with an AM4 or AM5 Ryzen CPU, especially given the RAM prices and my requirement for at least 32GB. I primarily play at 1080p, focusing on classic CS Source and Counter-Strike 2, and I'm thinking of adding Battlefield 6 to my gaming list. Right now, I'm looking at the RTX 3060 since it's priced around $200, but I really want to keep my budget under $300. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

If you can find one, I’d recommend looking at the RX 6800 or the 10GB RTX 3080. They tend to be available for about $250 to $275, and they're both excellent for 1080p gaming.

The RX 6800 XT is another solid choice; it performs really well at 1080p.
