Hey everyone! I'm trying to build a PC that will work well for gaming, music production, and coding, and I want it to last over 5 years. Here's what I've got planned for my build:

* **AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D 4.3GHz 144MB**
* **Gainward GeForce RTX 5080 Phoenix V1**
* **Kingston Fury Beast Black 64GB (2x32GB)**
* **Samsung 980 PRO 2TB**
* **Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE**
* **NZXT C1000 (1000W)**
* **Phanteks XT Pro Ultra**
* **Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX**

Are there any recommendations for better components like a motherboard or RAM? Did I miss anything, or is everything good? Thanks a ton!

Aiming for more than 5 years might be tricky. Consider downgrading your CPU to the 9800X3D and save some cash to reinvest in future upgrades. The GPU could be switched out for a 5070 Ti, which performs closely but is much cheaper. Plus, we might see new GPUs in the next six months with better specs.

I would suggest going for a better motherboard. The B650 Eagle is pretty basic. Also, check out the Lian Li 207 case instead; it offers better airflow and build quality for the same price or even less. Regarding your GPU, Gainsward usually leans toward the budget side. Going for a 280/360mm AIO cooler might be beneficial instead of the air cooler, especially with a Ryzen 9, but if you prefer air, it should still work fine.
