I've got an MSI RTX 3080 paired with an i9 9900k and a B360m Mortar motherboard. I'm running 16GB of RAM (2x8GB 3200MHz and 2x4GB 2666MHz), but it only operates at 2666MHz due to motherboard limitations. With an 850W power supply rated A, I'm facing significant CPU bottleneck issues in most games. I'm seeking help to choose a new motherboard, CPU, PC case, and possibly some decent RAM deals that won't break the bank but will also help me fully utilize my RTX 3080. My budget is around $700, but I'm open to saving a bit more for better value. Any suggestions?
