Looking for Advice on Upgrading My Gaming and Work PC Parts

I'm planning to upgrade my gaming and working PC. Right now, I have a Ryzen 7 3700X CPU, an RTX 2060 Super GPU, and 32GB of DDR4 RAM. As a programmer and avid gamer, I want to ensure I can handle both tasks smoothly. I'm considering upgrading to a Ryzen 9 9900X3D CPU, an RTX 5070 TI GPU, and 128GB of DDR5 RAM. I mostly play games at 1080p and don't intend to change that, but my programming work tends to be pretty demanding on RAM and GPU. While my current workload doesn't max out my CPU, I want to avoid a bottleneck. Is this CPU the best choice, or is there something better suited for my needs? Price isn't a concern; I'm looking for knowledgeable recommendations and insights. Thanks in advance!

What’s your budget for the build? And where are you located?

I'm looking to spend about 5-6k for the parts and I'm located in Germany.

Just a heads up, your new CPU is AM5 and needs DDR5 RAM, but your current RAM is DDR4 which is AM4. So make sure you're ready to upgrade your RAM alongside the CPU!

Yep, I plan to get new RAM with the whole build!

It sounds like a solid build for productivity! However, for gaming at 1080p, the power of that GPU might be overkill unless you’re using a high refresh rate monitor. Also, consider your monitor setup—many find benefits with a 2K ultrawide monitor for both gaming and programming due to added field of view and extra screen real estate. Just a thought!

Yeah, upgrading my monitors isn't a top priority right now, but it's definitely something I'm considering for the future!
