Hey everyone! I just put together a PC build using parts from the Micro Center website and I'm looking for suggestions to improve it without significantly raising the price. I'm not very familiar with PC components, so any guidance would be awesome! My current build includes a Ryzen 5 7600X3D CPU, 32GB of G.Skill DDR5 RAM, a B650-A ROG Strix motherboard, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 GPU, a Samsung 990 EVO 2TB SSD, an NZXT H5 Flow case, an NZXT C850 power supply, and a Thermalright CPU cooler. The total cost comes to about $1494.94, but I'm willing to stretch to around $1600 if necessary. Thanks in advance for your help!

Your build looks solid overall! I’d recommend upgrading the SSD to the 990 EVO Plus if you can; it's a little faster and might be worth it for future-proofing. Also, consider swapping the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 for the ASUS Prime variant—it's only $5 more and has a better cooler. Don't forget to check other retailers if it's out of stock at Micro Center!

My old PC only had a 512GB SSD and worked fine. You might want to think about getting a 1TB SSD now and then add more storage later if 2TB is too much.

The components look good, but definitely check prices on that Thermalright cooler—it’s sometimes cheaper on Amazon, and you might be able to have Micro Center price-match. Saved me a few bucks in the past!

I checked and unfortunately, the ASUS Prime is out of stock everywhere near me, which is a bummer.
