We're in the planning phase of selecting an emergency management system for our district. Although we've never officially adopted Raptor Technologies, one of our senior admins had a really negative experience with their service at a previous district. Therefore, we are seeking alternative options that fit our needs:
1. They should be affordable for public schools.
2. Easy for teachers and staff to use without extensive training.
3. Capable of sending prompt and reliable alerts for situations like lockdowns and medical emergencies.
4. Provide good tools for drill reporting and compliance.
5. (Bonus) Ideally, they would integrate smoothly with other systems.
If your district has a system you truly like or if you've switched from Raptor to something better, I would love to hear your experiences regarding what has worked or what hasn't. We're still in discussions with a couple of companies and are looking for suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Have you looked into Singlewire Informacast? It comes highly recommended, even outside the K-12 sector. It has a strong reputation for reliability and ease of use.
Thanks for the suggestion! Are you currently using it? I'd love to know about your experience.
