Hey everyone! I'm working within a budget for my PC setup, and the RX 9060 XT 16GB is a decent match for what I can afford. Are there any graphics cards out there that offer better performance but are still in the same price range?

If you're in the US, the 5060 Ti is on sale for around $380 right now, and the 5070 comes in at about $500. These could be solid alternatives to consider!
The only real new option in that mid-tier is the 5070. Switching from the RX 9060 XT to the 5060 Ti would be more of a side grade than an upgrade; they perform similarly but might come with different features and tweaks.
Used 3080s can sometimes be found for around $300-$350, and they perform quite well! They sit between the 5060 Ti and the 5070, so if you can find one at that price, it might be worth it.
You might find an RTX 4070 or an RX 7800 XT for about $400 if you're willing to go the used route. Just a heads up, though—the 7800 XT isn't necessarily better, especially for ray tracing.
Yeah, I've heard that the 7800 XT doesn't outperform the competition in ray tracing, so it's worth keeping that in mind.
Check eBay for used cards like the RTX 3090 if your budget allows. I just picked one up for $800. It has superior performance in compute tasks compared to the RX 9060 XT, but it's more expensive and you might face risks with used hardware.

I was actually looking into the 5060 Ti as well. Might snag it if the deals are good!
