I recently traded for a 7900 XTX after getting a free 45-inch OLED monitor from my neighbor (lucky, right?). Unfortunately, my current CPU is only a 5600X, and I need something more powerful. I really want to avoid buying a new motherboard or RAM, but since the 5700X and 5800X3D chips are no longer in production, it's tricky to find a decent deal. I'm not keen on ordering from China on eBay either. Are there any other places I can check for these CPUs, especially locally?

You could consider getting a 5800X. They're around $200 at MicroCenter and according to some reviews, they perform slightly better than the 5700X3D, although it might depend on what you’re using it for.
I had the 5600X and upgraded to the 5700X3D. It was a great upgrade for me that didn’t cost a fortune, plus the performance is excellent without hitting those high prices for the 5800X3D.
