Looking for Budget CPU Alternatives to Ryzen x3D

I'm in the process of building a budget PC and initially thought I could save around 200-300€ by going for AM4 and buying used parts. However, I've found that Ryzen x3D CPUs, which I think would be great for this kind of build, are pretty pricey right now. I'm curious if there are any decent alternatives, maybe even from Intel, that would work well with a 9060xt and handle 1440p gaming without breaking the bank.

You know, a smart move is to buy all your components at once. Are you starting from scratch? If you have DDR4 RAM, I'd recommend the Intel 14600K. It’s a fantastic value and easily outperforms anything on AM4, plus it’s pretty close to what you'd get with Ryzen 7700 or 9700.

I don't have much yet, just a case and some old HDDs. I'm really trying to keep my total under 600€. Finding a 5700x3D for under 200€ seems impossible right now.
