Looking for Budget-Friendly CPU and Motherboard Suggestions

I'm wrapping up my PC build and need some help picking out a CPU and motherboard. I already have some solid components: an RTX 5080 graphics card, a 1000W ROG power supply, a 2TB NVMe Gen5 SSD, an NZXT Kraken water cooler, and a bunch of ROG accessories. Now I'm just trying to decide on a processor and motherboard without breaking the bank. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Are you planning to buy RAM too, or do you already have that sorted out? If you don't mind a bit of extra spending, going for an AM5 with an X3D CPU might be a great match since you have PCIe 5.0 gear already. But you can also save some cash by choosing a non-X3D version!

I already have the RAM sorted out, thanks for checking!

If you're looking at budget options, I’d say consider whether you want to stick with an AM4 socket or go for LGA1700. Both have their perks based on your needs.
