I'm building my first PC with an RX 9060 XT (16GB) and a Ryzen 5 9600X. My budget is under $1000, and I want to make sure I get the most budget-friendly parts. Any suggestions on what I should buy?

It's tough to give precise recommendations since prices can vary a lot, but here are some solid budget options:
- **Motherboard**: If you can find a B850 at a better price, go for it! Otherwise, a B650 would work just fine.
- **RAM**: Look for Teamgroup 16GB 6000MHz RAM; 32GB is awesome if your budget allows. Just stick with 2 sticks, as DDR5 doesn’t work great with 4.
- **Power Supply**: Thermaltake usually has some of the more affordable yet reliable PSUs. A 600W should do, but a 750W is good for future upgrades.
- **SSD**: Choose any SSD you like, but drives with a DRAM cache are better. The Crucial T500 is one of the cheaper ones with a cache.
- **Case**: Just find the cheapest one that fits your components and looks decent to you.
- **Cooler**: The 9600X stays cool, so a tower cooler is great; the Peerless Assassin is popular, but get whatever fits your budget.
Check out pcpartpicker.com to piece it together. Good luck, and definitely share a pic of your build when it's done!
What kind of look are you aiming for with your build?
I don’t care too much about looks; I just want it to be mostly black if possible.

I’ll be sure to post a pic, but it might be a Christmas gift build! Thanks for the tips!
