Looking for Budget-Friendly PC Upgrade for Graphic Design and Gaming

I'm in a bit of a bind after finishing university. I need a new PC mainly for graphic design and some gaming. My current machine can't handle Adobe applications anymore, and it crashes all the time. Right now, I have an RTX 2070 SUPER and an AMD Ryzen 75800X 8-core processor, but I don't know what other parts are in my PC since a friend built it for me. I'm looking for advice on how to upgrade my setup without breaking the bank. Ideally, I want a system that can run Adobe software smoothly and allow me to enjoy games, particularly gacha games and FF14, but I'd like to also play upcoming titles like Witcher 4 at decent settings. I'm shopping from Poland, so I'm hoping for budget-friendly options that will enable me to start working well as a graphic designer, with the flexibility to upgrade later.

Your CPU and GPU should be good enough for what you're doing. Have you checked if there's a different issue causing the crashes?
