Hey everyone! I'm running a small digital marketing business, and I've been using TeamViewer for one-time remote access to clients' accounts when they don't want to give full access. However, the free version has become pretty unreliable lately. I'm open to paying for a service, but I'd like something that's budget-friendly since I don't need remote access often. Spending $50 a month for occasional support for 1-7 clients feels excessive.
Here's what I'm looking for:
- On-demand access, with unattended access as a bonus
- Full control as if I'm right there at the computer
- An easy-to-use interface for my clients
- Compatibility with my Mac
I'm considering AnyDesk Solo at $20/month, but wanted to get your recommendations first. Thanks!

If you're working with a tight budget, you might want to check out Google Remote Desktop. It's free and could cover a lot of your needs. Give it a shot!
